Toronto based, 21 years industrial design and product development experience. We have worked with fortune 50 to entrepreneurial start-ups and on projects both very large and small. |

Industrial design is our core competency but we also regularly perform complete product development services including: |

Mechanical design to manufacturing release of plastics molded parts, formed sheet metal, cast and machined components, and all finishing methods of plating, painting, printing, etc. |

Engineering calculations and analysis, FEA, thermal, vibration, seismic. |

3. |
PCB design, schematic capture, layout, fabrication and board assembly, IPC certified. |

4. |
Materials and manufacturing process selection, validation, vendor selection and liaison, tooling acquisition and tooling program management. |

Manufacturing and assembly drawings. |

We are very passionate about user centered design, effective design requirements determination and project management. We believe a project will fail if any one of these three are not properly performed. |

We do not perform following services but have designed to requirements for EMC, Ingress Protection levels, UL, CSA, CE, FCC, intrinsic safety, hazardous locations, ISO documentation practices. |

We have had components tooled and fabricated in Canada, USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia and Japan. We have designed for companies’ in-house assembly and contract EMS box-build. |
